Downtown, you can stop by the V&A Waterfront for a shopping experience or to visit its Two Oceans Aquarium. Other historical sites to visit include: the 17th century Castle of Good Hope. This castle is the oldest surviving colonial building in South Africa. It is thought to have been built by the Dutch East India Company around 1666.
